Account information: Name, email address, and password when you create an account.

Community data: Community name, address, governing documents, resident messages, and architectural review requests that you upload or receive through the Service.

Payment information: Billing details are collected and processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number on our servers.

Usage data: We collect basic analytics such as pages visited, feature usage, and error logs to improve the Service.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To operate and provide the Service, including AI-powered features.
  • To process your subscription and billing.
  • To send you service-related communications (account confirmations, billing notices, security alerts).
  • To improve the Service and fix issues.
  • To respond to your support requests.

4. AI Processing

We use third-party AI providers to power features like draft responses, document analysis, and architectural review recommendations. Your community data may be sent to these providers for processing. We select providers with strong data protection practices and do not allow them to use your data to train their models.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

  • Service providers: Companies that help us operate the Service (hosting, payments, AI processing, email delivery).
  • Legal requirements: When required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
  • Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you.

6. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on servers in the United States, managed through Supabase and Vercel. We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest to protect your data. We implement access controls and regularly review our security practices. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. After account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.
